New District Website Coming Soon
(August 22, 2014) The Voorheesville
School District is pleased to announce the soft-launch of its new
website on Thursday, August 28th. What is a soft launch? The soft launch
allows us to make the new website functional for the start of the school
year as we add more content.
Our new web address is www.voorheesville.org. The old address
will simply redirect you to the new address for the next few months.
Please make note of the new address and change bookmarks accordingly.
Website content is a continual work in progress. Information and
features will be added throughout the year, including the development of
an app for Apple iOS and Android phones. We hope to launch the new V-app
sometime later this fall.
The new website features a responsive design. Many Internet users are
familiar with websites that also have mobile sites. Mobile sites help
users easily read web content on an iPhone or Android phone. The
Voorheesville Central School District website responds to five different
device sizes by collapsing information to the appropriate size of the
device! This cutting edge design allows you to easily access information
you need while you are on the go!
