Course meets daily for 10 weeks.

Supplies:

Folder or 3-ring binder, paper, pen/pencil

Classroom expectations:

• Be on time or bring a pass.

• Come prepared (no locker passes).

• Be respectful and responsible.

Parent communication regarding progress:

Comments on progress reports and report cards if grade is not given.

Evaluation Methods:

Quizzes may be given occasionally. Each quiz is worth 20 points and may be retaken once for a higher grade. Homework will be kept to a minimum. Any assignment not completed on time will have  late points deducted. Point values vary based on the length of the assignment. Some classwork assignments will be graded. Point values vary.
Quizzes, homework and tests are averaged together and computed as 90% of the course  grade. The other 10% of the course grade will be based on a student’s preparation for and behavior in class.

Extra help will be available after school or during study halls as long as prior arrangements are made and I am available.
