Sixth Grade Chorus, taught by Ms. Molly Spooner

Chorus 6 meets all year, every other day, during the school day. A variety of choral literature is sung, and good vocal technique is emphasized. Students perform in two concerts a year and concert attendance is mandatory. Students are required to bring a 2 pocket folder with 3-hole punch clasps.

Sixth grade chorus meets opposite sixth grade band during the school day. Rehearsals are held in the Performing Arts Center (PAC). Proper vocal techniques and music reading are emphasized in the class through the singing of a variety of vocal music. Students do receive a grade in this class, and the grade is based on their proper participation in both rehearsals and concerts. The concerts are on December 21, 2006 and May 25, 2007 and will be held in the Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. Attendance at concerts is mandatory unless a student is legally absent from school.
